They are structured to ensure that customers can shop easily and with confidence. By using this website, you accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice and will not affect your statutory rights.

Accuracy of Content
Apt Clothing Co. Ltd make every effort to ensure that specifications and product details are correct and have taken every care to ensure that the colours and photographs shown on this website give a true representation of the garments, though we cannot guarantee this in every case. We reserve the right to make changes to the items shown on this website. The prices quoted on this website are valid for internet sales only and we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Although we endeavour to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the original debit. We have made every effort to display the colours of our clothing ranges as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours that you see will depend on your monitor, and/or the lighting under which images may have been photographed, we cannot guarantee that your screen or the lighting will accurately render the exact shade of the product that is delivered to you.

When an order is placed the customer will be notified by email to confirm receipt of the order.

In placing your order you hereby confirm that it does not and will not infringe:

(a) any third party intellectual property rights (whether trade marks, copyrights, rights in designs, database rights or otherwise, and whether registered or unregistered); or

Price

All prices are in £ sterling unless Euro’s are selected from the website option - and are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
Our prices are shown exclusive of VAT as we are predominantly a Business to Business supplier.... Where VAT is not applicable, this is clearly shown on each product.

All prices shown in this website are exclusive of postage and packing, or carriage and VAT and any other promotional offer and discount scheme. Any applicable post and packing or carriage, and VAT is payable by you in addition to the contract price.

Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard.

We are able to accept Cheques prior to an orders' production and/or fulfillment. Goods will only be produced/dispatched after 7 working days have passed from the day of banking - to allow for clearance of the cheque(s). Orders will only be processed once authorisation has been received. Apt Clothing Co. Ltd reserve the right to decline an order.

Security Statement
Credit card security is one of the top priorities at Apt Clothing Co Ltd, which is why we can guarantee secure ordering for our customers.

Apt Clothing Co. Ltd use SagePay, the tried and trusted state of the art, eCommerce solution to process and to protect you and your credit card information. Credit card numbers are encrypted in the SagePay software when the order is placed, and are not held in clear text on any website. SagePay is recognised and approved by all major banks including Barclays, HSBC, National Westminster and The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Apt Clothing Co. Ltd will not provide customer credit card information to anyone outside of the company unless required to do so by a court ruling.

Privacy Policy
Apt Clothing Co Ltd are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information provided by you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

You can check the information we hold about you by contacting us. If you find any inaccuracies we will correct it or delete it as instructed by you.


Availability
All items are subject to availability. There may be a small delay if on occasion an item is more popular than we expected or our suppliers, without advance warnings, cancel or discontinue styles. In these events you will be offered an alternative or your order may part supplied, with the balance placed on 'Back Order' in the event that a short delay exists to fulfill the balance of your order. This action will only be undertaken with your written permission and/or authorisation.

Delivery
Goods are delivered by Business Post Courier and will require a signature on receipt. If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not being in, to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made. Furthermore, if the recipient requires a delivery to be redirected, a second delivery charge may also be incurred.

The Delivery Charge amount will be shown separately at the checkout and VAT added.

There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be up to 28 working days. If this problem arises, Apt Clothing Co. Ltd will contact you to update you on the progress of your order.

For embroidered items, please allow up between 10-28 working days.

You will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt of your order when it is delivered .

Non Delivery, Damage in Transit
Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately by using our enquiry form. You must keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.

Product Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with any product supplied by Apt Clothing Co Ltd, you should contact us within 5 working days of receipt, by e-mail or telephone. You can return any item of clothing for exchange or refund provided it is unused and returned in its original packaging and you have the Packing List documentation.

This returns policy does not apply to altered, personalised or custom-made garments.
